Susan Donaldson

Susan Donaldson has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and industries. Susan has held various leadership roles, focusing on business transformation, operations development strategy, transformation, turnaround PMO, integration/merger, operations strategy and business planning, and management consulting. Susan has also gained experience in FMCG, R&D, new product development, manufacturing, product launch, and supply chain. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive change and improve operational efficiencies.

Susan Donaldson pursued an MSc in Food Science from the University of Pretoria during the period of 1994 to 1999. Susan later attended the Cranfield School of Management, where they obtained their MBA degree in 2004.
