Remco Buisman

Remco Buisman has had a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Remco most recently served as the Global HR Director at Mustad Hoofcare Group, the world's largest manufacturer and seller of Hoofcare products. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at Mustadfors Bruks AB. Remco also held the role of Corporate Affairs Director and Head of Human Resources a.i. at Pepsico/Seven-Up Bottling Company Ltd. in Nigeria. Before that, they worked as the HR Director Asia Pacific at Bugaboo, a Dutch design company specializing in strollers. Remco also worked as the Organizational Development Manager at Huisman (China) Co., Ltd and as the HR Director at NovoSana (Taicang) Co. Ltd. in China. Remco started their career as a Senior Management Consultant at Futureconsult and also gained experience in the education sector as a Professional Education Trainer at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Prior to that, Remco had roles in marketing and advertising at Kobalt Media B.V. and Viacom Outdoor.

Remco Buisman holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Social and Behavioural Sciences from the University of Amsterdam, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. Remco also obtained additional certifications, including a Certificate for training, coaching and teaching from CNA (University of Amsterdam) in 2005, and became a Certified Executive Coach through the International Coaching Council (ICC) in 2015.
