Assistant Vice President, Content Strategy at National Pork Board

Amy Busch has an extensive work experience history. Amy began their career in 2009 as the Varsity Girls Soccer Coach at Urbandale High School, a role they held until 2011. From there, they worked as the Communications Coordinator at Mary Greeley Medical Center, where they managed various communication tasks, including writing, editing, and organizing public relations support. In 2011, Amy joined ChildServe as a Communications Coordinator - Public Relations, where they planned, wrote, and designed internal and external communications and managed media relations. Amy then transitioned to the National Pork Board, starting as a Digital Marketing and Communications Manager in 2013. In this role, they managed the brand website and developed content strategies for marketing promotions. Amy later became the Digital Communications Strategist, providing strategic digital communications counsel across the organization. Amy's role then evolved to Director of Digital Strategy, where they oversaw digital strategy development. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Director, Content Strategy, where they communicated strategy and progress to colleagues, senior leadership, and board members.

Amy Busch attended Urbandale High School from 1999 to 2003. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Northwest Missouri State University from 2003 to 2008. During their time at the university, Amy studied Journalism and Business and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree.
