Jerry Flint has an extensive work experience in the agricultural industry. Jerry served as the Chief Operating Officer at the National Pork Board since August 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at Corteva, including Vice President and Special Advisor for External Affairs from January 2019 to June 2019, and Global Initiatives and Sustainability Leader from September 2017 to January 2019. Jerry also worked at DuPont as the Vice President of Biotech Affairs and Regulatory from February 2010 to August 2017, where they built and led a team responsible for new product registrations and achieved industry benchmarks for timeline and budget. Jerry also served as the Interim Vice President of Agriculture Biotechnology Research and Development from March 2012 to August 2013, during which they focused on core R&D competencies and introduced new R&D programs. Before joining DuPont, Jerry was the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Monsanto Company from January 2009 to January 2010.

Jerry Flint completed their undergraduate education from 1979 to 1983 at Purdue University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agronomy. Jerry then pursued further education at the University of Kentucky, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Crop Science - Plant Physiology from 1984 to 1987. Subsequently, they continued their studies at the University of Kentucky and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from 1987 to 1989.
