Daniela Genuino Smith has a diverse work experience in the creative and branding field. Daniela started their career in 2004 as an Art Director at OPM and later worked as an Associate Creative Director at Matriz Brasil. In 2008, they joined OPM again as an Associate Creative Director, but this time as an Associate Creative Director. Daniela then moved to the American College of Cardiology in 2009, where they served as an Associate Brand Strategy Director until 2019. In the same year, they joined the National Restaurant Association as a Creative & Brand Director. In 2009, they also started their own company, DGS Creative & Branding, where they worked as the Owner Principal.

Daniela Genuino Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, which they attended from 1996 to 2002. In 2000, they briefly studied Graphic Design at the School of Visual Arts. Prior to their university studies, Daniela attended Colégio Santo Inácio from 1983 to 1995.
