Michelle Morrow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Since 2023, they have worked as the Owner of Paws With Me K9 Enrichment and Training, where they focus on educating dog owners about their pets' needs. Additionally, since 2018, Morrow has served as the Controller at Lakes Region Mental Health Center, managing financial operations. In 2016, they founded Protection For A Purpose LLC, serving as President and offering personal protection products and safety education. Beginning in 2014, Morrow has been an Independent Damsel PRO for Damsel in Defense, providing personal protection and self-defense products through in-home demonstrations and events. Michelle Morrow is also a Refuse To Be A Victim Instructor for the National Rifle Association since 2016. From 2018 to 2019, they held positions in the Mustangs of Massachusetts organization as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to these roles, they held positions in finance and accounting, including Disbursement Manager at Wentworth Douglass Hospital from 2014 to 2018, and Controller at Lakeview NeuroRehabilitation Center from 2006 to 2014. Michelle Morrow began their career as a General Accountant at Synventive Molding Solutions from 2000 to 2004.

Michelle Morrow, a Personal Safety Strategist, received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Salem State University. Michelle Morrow attended the university from 1989 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Michelle has obtained several certifications in various areas related to personal safety and behavior modification.
