Charlotte Henderson

Charlotte Henderson is an experienced dispute resolution professional currently serving as Manager of Dispute Resolution at the Earthquake Commission (EQC) since July 2018, with previous roles including Team Leader for both Dispute Resolution and Settlements. Prior to EQC, Charlotte held leadership positions at Suncorp New Zealand and Vero, as well as technical roles at IAG and the Financial Ombudsman Service. With a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the University of Otago and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology from the University of Canterbury, Charlotte combines strong legal expertise with a background in psychology to effectively address complex claims and disputes.
