Victor Chang

Victor Chang has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. In their current role at naviHealth as Vice President, Medical Director Operations, they oversee medical operations. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at UnitedHealthcare, including Chief Medical Officer for Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, Chief Medical Officer for North Carolina, and National Vice President and Senior Medical Director for Post-Acute Care Management. Victor has also worked at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and TIRR Memorial Hermann in roles related to physical medicine and rehabilitation. Victor then went on to the University of Washington - School of Medicine for a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program from 1996 to 1999. Finally, in 1999-2000, they undertook a Fellowship in Neurotrauma Rehabilitation at Craig Hospital.
