Thom Pfanner

Thom Pfanner has a strong background in program management, engineering, and project management. Thom is currently working as the Director of the Program Management Office at Cornerstone Building Brands. Prior to this, they founded Aviha LLC, where they served as a thought leader for engineering and project management excellence. Thom also provided project management and manufacturing engineering support services.

Thom has held various leadership roles in engineering and quality at Mueller Water Products and Clarios (formerly Johnson Controls Power Solutions). At Clarios, they also took on additional responsibilities in global capital, product deployment, and engineering operations.

Before joining Clarios, Thom worked at Johnson Controls for several years, where they held roles as the Director of Global Capital Integration & Product Deployment, the Global Director of Program Management & Strategy Deployment, and the Director of Program Management & Start-Stop Expansion, Power Solutions EMEA. Thom led manufacturing engineering organizations across multiple continents and was responsible for capital planning, execution, and project management.

Thom also has experience in supply chain management as a Program Manager at EaglePicher Technologies and as an Advanced Supplier Development Engineer at Visteon. Thom began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer and later became a Supervisor of Manufacturing Operations at Ford Motor Company.

Thom Pfanner holds a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
