Alex Yepiz

Alex Yepiz has held various roles in the real estate industry since 2010. Alex's career began in 2010 with EdR Collegiate Housing as a Senior Community Assistant. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Associate for Macy's. From 2013 to 2020, Alex worked for The University of Arizona as a Student Worker, Homestead America/Homestead U as a Leasing and Marketing Manager and Leasing Consultant, and Coastal Ridge Real Estate as a Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager. In 2020, they joined Nelson Partners Student Housing as a Director of Leasing and Resident Experience and Marketing and Media Director. Most recently, in 2022, Alex began working as a Lease up Community Manager for Greystar.

Alex Yepiz obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies and a Spanish Minor from the University of Arizona in 2014. In 2021, they received a Social Media ROI and Value Analysis Certification from Hootsuite in September and a Social Media Marketing Certification from Hootsuite in May.
