Benjamin Freedman

Chief of Staff at New Culture

Benjamin Freedman is the Chief of Staff at New Culture. Prior to that, they served as a Board Member of the Yale School of Management Alumni Advisory Board from April 2019 to June 2022, where they were also the careers chair and a member of the board's executive committee. Freedman also worked as a Senior Program Manager at Loon from July 2018 to September 2021, where they delivered the first-ever commercial stratospheric mobile service. Benjamin also led a multidisciplinary team through an exceptionally challenging and high stakes environment to begin commercial service. Prior to that, they were a Program Manager at X, the moonshot factory, from February 2018 to July 2018. Before that, they were a Program Manager for Consumer Hardware at Google from August 2015 to February 2018.

Mr. Freedman attended Yale School of Management, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA). Benjamin also holds a BA from Bowdoin College in Government and Legal Studies (Comparative Politics).
