Madelynn Alford

Madelynn Alford has an extensive background in finance and operations, starting as an Office Manager/Paralegal at Brinkman Portillo, Pc in 2007. Madelynn advanced to Manager of Financial Operations at Masterplan, Inc., where they oversaw budgeting, reporting, and team development. At Nestlé, they held various senior finance roles from Financial Analyst to Finance Director. Recently, Madelynn took on the role of Head of Finance at New Culture in 2023.

Madelynn Alford obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from California Lutheran University in 2007. Madelynn later pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the same university, graduating in 2017. In 2022, Madelynn also obtained a certification from the Nestlé Leadership Programme at the London Business School.
