Patricia Lombardi

Senior Vice President, Project Delivery at New York Power Authority

Patricia Lombardi, P.E. began their work experience in 2007 as a Field Superintendent at Turner Construction. In 2008, they joined the New York Power Authority as a Project Engineer and later transitioned into the role of Project Manager - Northern NY. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of Project Management and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Project Delivery, starting in February 2021.

Patricia Lombardi, P.E. holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 2003 and 2007. Patricia later pursued a Masters of Science in Construction Management from the same institution, which they completed in 2008. In addition to their educational background, Patricia has obtained certifications including PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) from the Project Management Institute in December 2017 and a NYS Professional Engineer License from the New York State Education Department in November 2016. Patricia also holds a Designated Design-Build Associate Certification from DBIA NYC Metropolitan, although the specific dates of their certification are not provided.
