Seiya Hakugawa

Seiya Hakugawa has extensive work experience in various roles, starting with Lenovo Enterprise Solutions, LLC in 2022. In this role as a Fulfillment Specialist, Seiya worked as a country representative for Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Macao Fulfillment Operation. Additionally, Seiya operated as a Part Escalation Desk member in the call center.

Following this, Seiya worked as an Independent Contractor (Japanese support) at Nex starting in October 2022.

Prior to this, Seiya worked as an Interpreter at Lion Rock Planning from June 2022.

Seiya also gained experience as a Program Manager at Cisco from July 2018 to March 2022. In this role, Seiya handled RMA Order Management, including handling escalations and special arrangements to support contract fulfillment. Seiya also developed and implemented a new order review process, resulting in an increased delivery successful rate.

Before joining Cisco, Seiya worked as an Operator at DB Schenker from April 2016 to June 2018. In this position, Seiya handled inbound operations, prioritized inbound tasks, and handled and escalated shipping issues.

Seiya Hakugawa attended Dokkyo University from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs.
