Sara Ward

Sara Ward has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Sara currently holds the position of Vice President Operational Excellence at Next Level Hospitality Services. Prior to this, they worked at Morrison Healthcare as a Regional Vice President, where they led field operations teams in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. At Aramark, they served as the Vice President of Operations for the Healthcare Division, overseeing support services in several states and generating $328M in revenue. Additionally, they held the roles of Vice President, Operational Standards and VP Retail Operations at ARAMARK Healthcare, where they developed operational standards and implemented retail and food strategies for healthcare accounts.

Sara Ward earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Service Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Sara attended the university from 1979 to 1983.
