Michael Collins

Michael Collins, PHR has over 17 years of progressive HR experience. Michael is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at NFI, where they oversee HR operations. Previously, they worked at Ryder System, Inc as the Director Human Resources, leading a field HR team and partnering with various brands and fulfillment centers. Before that, Michael held roles at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC and Toyota, where they focused on talent acquisition and HR business partnering. Michael also has experience as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Cummins Inc. and as an HR Generalist & Operations Manager at Celtic Service Group. Michael's expertise lies in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and team leadership.

Michael Collins, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Workforce Management from the University of Michigan. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014, as well as the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2015.
