Florian Nega has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Florian started their career in 2004 as a Führungskraft at Möbel Auer GmbH, where they served as the Geschäftsführer from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they worked as a Managementberater at Dr. Galuschge Business Consultants GmbH, focusing on the preparation of business data and ownership verification during insolvency proceedings. In 2009, Florian joined TWBI Gruppe as a Berater Arbeitsmarkt. Florian then transitioned to ACTIEF Personalmanagement GmbH in 2012, where they served as an HR-Personalberater, providing HR consulting services and managing the employee lifecycle. Florian's most recent role was at NKD Group, where they held several positions, including Personalreferent, Teamleiter - Personalbetreuung, Teamlead HR Business Partner, Strategy and Projects, and currently, Head of Group HR.
