Ole Krarup

Ole Krarup has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ole currently holds the position of Director Digital Growth at NKT Photonics since December 2020. In addition, they are the Chairman of the Board at ADAMATICS ApS since October 2020 and the Owner of Krarup Analytics since January 2020.

Prior to their current roles, Ole worked at Novozymes from 2010 to 2019, where they held various positions including Director Digital Transformation, Head of Analytics and Business Intelligence, Head of Analytics Excellence, and Senior Manager. At Novozymes, they focused on implementing analytics strategies, promoting agile data-driven decision making, and ensuring data transparency across functions.

Before joining Novozymes, Ole worked as a Freelance Management Consultant at Krarup Consulting from 2005 to 2012, specializing in developing and implementing management models for organizations. Ole also worked at the Royal Danish Embassy Tokyo as an Accounting and Financial Controlling Officer from 2007 to 2009, and at Valcon Management Consultants as a Management Consultant from 2004 to 2005.

Earlier in their career, Ole worked at Carlsberg Denmark from 2001 to 2004, where they held the positions of Corporate Controller and Logistics Controller and Project Manager. Ole was responsible for developing profitability analysis designs, financial models, and implementing ABC into SAP. Before Carlsberg, they worked at Coca-Cola Bottler Denmark as a Logistics Controller and Production Controller from 1999 to 2001. Their achievements include merging logistics functions and designing controlling setups for the joint Carlsberg and Coca-Cola logistics function.

Ole Krarup completed their Master's degree in Financial and Management Accounting from Aarhus School of Business, Denmark, from 1997 to 2002. Ole also briefly attended Oregon State University in 1998.
