Helena Darmell

Helena Darmell has a diverse work experience. Helena is currently the Head of Culture and Inclusion at NKT since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Organisation Development Project Manager at NKT from 2018 to 2023. Helena also has experience as a Business Owner at Darmell Organisation Development from 2018 to 2023. Helena took a break from their career and was on maternity leave in 2017. Helena's earlier roles include working as Communications, Events, and Program Manager at gr8 meetings from 2013 to 2017, as well as Programme Manager and Organisation Development Coordinator at Damco from 2008 to 2013. Helena started their professional journey as an Event Management Assistant at Brinc from 2001 to 2006.

Helena Darmell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Modern History from The University of Manchester, between the years 2005 and 2008.
