Mark de Groot

Mark de Groot has a diverse work experience in the field of digital transformation and cloud solutions. Mark de currently serves as the Global Head of Cloud Transformation and Advisory at Nordcloud, an IBM Company. Prior to this, they were a Partner at KPMG Netherlands, where they led digital transformation projects and was responsible for digital transformation initiatives. Mark de also worked at Capgemini in various roles, including Global Head of Transformation and Communication and Regional Lead for Infrastructure Transformation Services. Additionally, Mark has experience in program management and software project delivery at Philips and Capgemini.

Mark de Groot obtained a degree of Drs in Geology and Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 1982 and 1987. Additionally, they have certifications in Digital Strategy from Vlerick Business School. Mark also received two certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Business Accreditation and Sales Accreditation in June and July 2022, respectively.
