Matthew Brunette

Matthew Brunette has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Matthew began their career at BlackRock in 1997, working in securities lending operations until August 2000. Matthew then joined Morgan Stanley in August 2001, where they worked in prime brokerage operations until February 2002. Matthew then moved on to Norges Bank Investment Management, where they held several roles, including equity trader from April 2002 to December 2005, senior portfolio manager from January 2006 to February 2008, and finally global head of financing from March 2008 onwards.

Matthew Brunette obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Santa Barbara between 1993 and 1997. Prior to their college studies, they received a High School Diploma from El Modena High School between 1989 and 1993. Matthew furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2000 to 2001.
