Shari Fraser

Shari Fraser has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Shari currently holds the position of Patient Engagement Lead at Novartis since December 2023. Before this role, they served as Patient Engagement Manager at Novartis from January 2022 to December 2023. Prior to joining Novartis, Shari was the Team Lead - Patient Support Program at Novartis from July 2019 to January 2022, where they provided leadership and support to the operational team and assisted in the coordination of three product launches.

Before their time at Novartis, Shari worked at Medaxis as a Team Lead, Clinical Support Specialist from April 2019 to June 2019. Shari also held roles as a Reimbursement Specialist from November 2018 to April 2019 and as a Clinical Support Specialist from March 2018 to November 2018. In these positions, Shari updated patient files and coordinated with nursing and reimbursement teams to ensure smooth patient care.
