Alice Paoletti

Alice Paoletti is currently an Associate People Business Partner at Nutanix. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Specialist at DXC Technology from November 2018 to November 2019. In this role, Alice was the first point of contact in France for the Prague HR Delivery Center. Alice was responsible for creating a partnership between the HRBPs and the French HRBPs, as well as providing legal advices to the Shared Service Center. Other responsibilities included mandatory reporting, coordination and control of legal documentations, Ad Hoc reporting, interpretation of local policies and legislation, and day to day HR operations. Alice also assisted with the migration of some activities to the shared service center. Prior to DXC Technology, Alice worked as an HR Services Advisor at Microsoft from September 2016 to October 2018. In this role, they provided support for a variety of human resources functions including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and payroll. Alice began their career in human resources as an HR assistant at Vinci Highways in April 2015. In this role, they were responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and scheduling interviews. Alice then transitioned to ERDF where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant from September 2012 to July 2014. In this role, they were responsible for managing the recruitment process, conducting orientation sessions for new employees, and administering benefits programs.
