Sankalp Saxena

Sankalp Saxena has extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles in the technology industry. Sankalp currently serves as the SVP & Managing Director of Nutanix India Operations, where they are responsible for leading and managing the company's operations in India. Their leadership style, focus on customer-centric culture, and commitment to continuous improvement have been praised by Nutanix CEO and Chairman, Dheeraj Pandey.

In addition to their role at Nutanix, Saxena has also served as an Investor and Board Advisor at Synthara AG and has been actively involved in the technology community through their roles as a Board Member and Mentor for the Deep Tech Club at NASSCOM. Sankalp also held senior management positions at i2 Technologies, where they were recognized for their successful transformation of the company's Indian operations.

Sankalp Saxena began their education at Manila International School, where they completed their high school education from 1977 to 1985. Sankalp then pursued Industrial Engineering at Lehigh University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from 1985 to 1989. Later, Sankalp completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University between 1989 and 1991. In 1998, they enrolled in Stanford University Graduate School of Education, focusing on Business Administration and Management, but the degree name is not specified. Most recently, in 2020, Sankalp attended the Harvard Kennedy School's National Preparedness Leadership Initiative, participating in the Meta Leadership Program.
