Alana Rowlatt

In her early career, she gained experience in many different industries from events to travelling the world as a flight attendant. After five years of living a nomadic lifestyle and battling jet lag, she decided to forge a new career with her feet firmly on the ground.

She was lucky enough to join Oakleaf in the summer of 2022, working as a PA to the TRS team before moving over to the UK business in the Autumn, to work as the PA for MD, Amy Morris.

Her experience at Oakleaf has been a fun and exciting journey, where she have been able to develop her skills and nurture her interests.

Since joining, she have had many opportunities to get involved in projects and further development, one of which has been joining the Oakleaf Women in Leadership forum which has been both insightful and inspiring.
