Claus Hofer

Claus Hofer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Claus is currently working at ÖBB as the Head of People Development, Culture & Leadership. Prior to this, they worked at Magna International where they held various positions including Director Total Rewards & Talent Europe, Senior Manager of Talent, Manager Magna Training Center Austria, and People & Organizational Development global. Before joining Magna International, Claus worked at UNITO Versand & Dienstleistungs GmbH as a part of their People Development, Recruiting & Internal Communication team. Claus also has experience as a Workplace Psychological Business Consultant & Researcher at CH-Consulting. Claus holds a role as a Work- and Organizational Psychologist at Universität Graz for a limited period of time.

Claus Hofer completed their education from 2004 to 2011 at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Psychology. In 2007, they also attended the Wuhan International Summer Program at Wuhan University, though they did not receive a degree from this program.
