Bill Staunton

Bill Staunton has a diverse work experience, primarily in sales and management roles. Bill currently holds the position of Regional Vice President of Sales at Observe.AI since January 2022. Bill started their career at Aspect Software (formerly known as Rockwell FirstPoint Contact/Electronic Commerce, Concerto Software) as a Sr. Account Executive from 1999 to 2008. Bill was responsible for prospecting, territory development, and closing business in a revenue-focused environment.

In addition, Bill has experience as the Sr. Director of Telecommunication at PCService Source from 1995 to 1998, and in sales management at MCI from 1992 to 1995.

Bill Staunton received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona from 1988 to 1992. Bill then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Dallas, which they completed from 1999 to 2001.
