Erin Johnson

Erin Johnson is a Key Account Manager at Officium Labs. Erin has been with the company for over a year, and previously held the position of Senior Operations Manager. Erin has also worked as an Account Manager at 5CA, where they were a Project Lead. In this role, they cultivated start-up projects into large scale operations by driving employee growth and motivation, and by achieving understanding of the client’s space via continuous communication. Erin also facilitated expansions, including language support in every region of the world. Erin is skilled in KPI management and accountability for worldwide agents including North America, Middle and South America, China, Japan, South Africa and Eastern and Western Europe.

Erin Johnson has a psychology degree from California University of Pennsylvania and is certified in ICMI professional counseling. Erin is also certified by the American Heart Association in CPR/AED/First Aid.
