Marcelo Paes Rech

Marcelo Paes Rech has worked in the technology industry since 2010. Marcelo began their career as a Systems Analyst at TOTVS S/A. In 2012, they joined GVT as a Software Engineer, where they designed the GVT Music system architecture, led a team in launching VoxNG, and worked with technologies such as Java, Android, iOS, ElasticSearch, Oracle, Hadoop/MapR, Weblogic, Jersey, Maven, and Spring. Marcelo later moved to Telefônica Brasil in 2017, where they served as Gerente de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas. Most recently, in 2018, they became the CTO of OmniChat.

Marcelo Paes Rech completed their Graduate Studies at ISAE from 2016 to 2018, specializing in Administration. Marcelo then obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Universidade Positivo between 2014 and 2015, specializing in Business Intelligence, BigData, and Machine Learning. Lastly, they graduated from UDESC - Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina between 2009 and 2011, specializing in IT.
