Samuel del Pilar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Samuel started their career in 2009 as a Research Assistant at UMass Amherst Biomechanics Lab. In 2011, they founded Sneakers for Success and served as the CEO until 2017. Samuel then worked as a Brand Consultant and Content Creator at The Couch Sessions from 2011 to 2013. Samuel joined Reebok in 2012 and held positions as a Marketing Representative and later as the U.S. Lifestyle Marketing Manager, where they developed and executed marketing plans for urban independent accounts. In 2014, they joined Reebok again as the US Classic Men's Merchandise Manager, responsible for product forecasting, allocations, and distribution. Samuel then worked at adidas Originals as a Product Marketing Manager from 2016 to 2018. Samuel joined Converse in 2018 as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and most recently, they have been working at On as the Global Franchise Lead for the Run Lifestyle division. In 2022, they became the Global Head of Special Projects and in 2023, they assumed the position of Global Head of Entertainment Marketing.
Samuel del Pilar received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2012. Samuel also obtained a Product Development Certificate from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
