Mike McQuitty

Mike McQuitty has a wide range of work experience. Mike started their career in 1999 as an Associate Agent at Allstate. Mike then worked at Chili's as a Managing Partner from 2001 to 2010. After that, they worked as a General Manager at Alonti Cafe and Catering from 2010 to 2011. Mike then joined On The Border as a General Manager from 2011 to 2014. Following that, they served as a Senior District Manager at Firebird Restaurant Group from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina since 2017.

Mike McQuitty attended Angelo State University from 1992 to 1998, where they studied Business with a focus on Management.
