Pankaj Chauhan

Pankaj Chauhan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Pankaj started their career as a Team Leader (Operations) at Delhi Call Center in 2003 and worked there until 2006. After that, they worked as an Account Manager - Business Development at Cvent from 2006 to 2008. Pankaj then joined Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd as a Manager - Business Development from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they worked at Hexaware Technologies and HCL Technologies as a Sr. Manager Business Development from 2010 to 2011 and from 2011 to 2017 respectively. Pankaj then worked at Writer Information as the Head BPS - Business Development (India) from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they had two roles as AVP - Business Development at Cyfuture India Pvt Ltd from April to September and as A.V.P. - Business Development at STARTEK from November 2018 to October 2020. From January 2021 to August 2023, they served as Sr. Director - Sales Solution & Support at Teleperformance. Currently, they are working as the Deputy Vice President - Sales at One Point One Solutions.

Pankaj Chauhan completed their Bachelor's degree in B'Com from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their XII Standard in MPC from Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavans Public School, Hyderabad from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, Pankaj has obtained various certifications in subjects such as Customer Experience, Generative AI, Conversational AI, Business Storytelling, Lean Six Sigma, and more from institutions like Udemy, LinkedIn, and Teleperformance in 2023.
