Eric T.

Eric T. is the current Vice President of Talent Management at OneTrust. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent Management at Lyft from March 2022 to September 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Talent Management at Twilio Inc. from October 2018 to March 2022. At Twilio, they built the team from the ground up while developing the 3 year strategy, structure, and resourcing model. Eric also oversaw the performance management process and implemented Twilio's first promotion philosophy to drive equity and transparency in their promotion and internal mobility processes. In addition, they designed and implemented an enterprise-wide talent review for leadership roles based on org planning and critical talent pipelines.

Eric T. has a B.A. in Political Communication from The George Washington University and a Master of Public Administration in Public-Private Policy & Management from The George Washington University. Eric also has a certification from LinkedIn in Organization Design.
