Vandita Patel

Vandita Patel has a strong background in quality engineering and validation. Vandita is currently working at Onkos Surgical as the Manager of Quality Engineering. Prior to this, Vandita worked at Getinge, where they held multiple roles including Senior Engineer and Engineer II. In these positions, they conducted supplier quality audits, communicated expectations to suppliers, and tracked corrective action plans. Vandita also has experience at CareFusion, where they served as Supervisor of Quality Engineering, and at Vital Signs, a GE Healthcare Company, where they worked as a Quality Engineer. Before that, they worked at QPharma, Inc. as a Validation Engineer and at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as a Validation Intern. Vandita started their career as an R&D Lab Technician at BD and as an R&D Packaging Co-op at Avon, where they gained experience in conducting tests, analyzing results, and writing reports.

Vandita Patel has a strong educational background in engineering and project management. Vandita obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Biomedical Engineering at the same institution from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Vandita also holds a certification in Project Management Foundations: Requirements, obtained from LinkedIn in June 2022.
