Program Operations Officer, Soros Economic Development Fund at Open Society Foundations

Jasmine Lim currently serves as the Special Assistant to the Chief People Officer at the ACLU, a position held since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Program Coordinator and Research Assistant at the Center for Strategic and International Studies from June 2020 to January 2022, and as an Event Planning Intern at The Future of Privacy Forum for a brief period in 2020. Leadership roles include serving as President of the UMD Chapter for Girl Up, and holding the position of Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs in the University of Maryland Student Government Association. Early career experience includes internships with the United States Senate and Howard County Government, as well as operational and logistical support internships with The Aspen Institute. Jasmine Lim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government & Politics, International Relations, and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Maryland, complemented by study at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Hispanic and European Studies.
