Nishan Thankappan

Nishan Thankappan is an experienced talent acquisition professional with significant leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for the APJ region at OpenText, Nishan previously held positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition for APAC at Kronos and Global Talent Selection, India Head for World Wide Field Operations, IT, and Corporate Functions at Adobe. Earlier in career, Nishan worked as Manager HR - Hiring at GENPACT LLC. Nishan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Cost Accounting from Goa University, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
