David Rajan

David Rajan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. David currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Opteran Technologies, where they focus on reverse-engineering insect brain algorithms to enable machines to move autonomously. Prior to this, David was the Chairman at CENTAUR ROBOTICS LIMITED, leading the design and engineering of a new vehicle. David also served as the Founder and Managing Director of the same company. David worked at Marakon as a Director, Vice President, and Partner, partnering with CEOs to drive value transformation. Additionally, they served as a Master Class Lecturer at Hyper Island, focusing on experience design and product development. David was also the Co-Founder of Union Network, an exclusive network of open innovation and venturing professionals. David served as a Non-Executive Director at 100% Open. David has also worked as an Advisor at The Good Lab, helping charities solve society's challenges. In addition, they served as the Chief Digital Officer at GlobalLogic, where they led product development for various industries. David was also the Chief Technology Officer at Method, a subsidiary of GlobalLogic, specializing in integrated brand and service experiences. David started their career at Infosys as the Head of Business Intelligence Europe, focusing on commercial growth and solution development.

David Rajan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Peace Studies from the University of Bradford between 1985 and 1991. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Staffordshire University, which they successfully obtained between 1990 and 1992.
