Rafaela de Paula

Rafaela de Paula has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and UI/UX design. Rafaela is currently working as a Product Designer at Orbia since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Loft as a Product Designer, taking on various roles such as Engajamento | CredPago, Closing B2B, Partner Listings, and Accounts from 2021 to 2023. Rafaela was responsible for improving user experience, optimizing processes, and increasing conversion rates.

Before Loft, Rafaela worked at Tembici as a Product Designer from 2019 to 2021. Rafaela contributed to the optimization of the login and registration flow of the app, as well as worked on the engagement squad, focusing on features like finding and unlocking electric bikes and trip sharing.

In 2019, they worked at Somar Meteorologia as a UI Designer, where they created the interface for the "Energia Somar" product and led the creation of the company's first Design System.

Rafaela'searlier experiences include working as a UI/UX Designer at Jussi from 2017 to 2019, as a UI Designer Freelancer at Innova - All Around The Brand in 2017, and as a UI/UX Designer Freelancer at CROWD from 2017 to 2017.

Furthermore, Rafaela also worked as a UI Mobile Freelancer at Useful - Desenvolvimento de aplicações mobile e web from 2016 to 2017 and as a UI/UX Designer at Jota3w Comunicação Digital from 2015 to 2016, where they worked with clients such as Cielo, Odebrecht, OLX, Natura, and Mercado Livre.

Rafaela began their career as a UI/UX Designer Mobile at Soundy Apps in 2014. Overall, Rafaela de Paula has accumulated significant experience in various roles and companies, demonstrating their expertise in product design and UI/UX design.

Rafaela de Paula began their education in 2008 by attending Senac São Paulo, where they obtained a technical degree in Publicidade (Advertising) in 2009. Rafaela then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Publicidade e Propaganda (Advertising and Propaganda) at Anhanguera Educacional from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Rafaela also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received a certification in Arquitetura de Informação + Mobile (Information Architecture + Mobile) from Mergo User Experience. In 2017, they attended the World Usability Day SP, organized by Google. In 2019, they completed the User Experience Design program at Tera and the Bootcamp Design System at Meiuca Design. Furthermore, in 2019, they also obtained the certification in Acessibilidade para Designers (Accessibility for Designers) from Mergo User Experience. Most recently, in 2020, they completed the Formação em Design System e Ops (Design System and Ops Training) at How Bootcamps.
