Mustafa Ramzi Salman

Mustafa Ramzi Salman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Technical Service Assistant at Lexmark, followed by an internship as an Industrial Engineer at Boston Scientific in 2006. From 2007 to 2011, they engaged in post-graduate research at Dublin City University. Mustafa Ramzi then joined Kerry Foods in 2011, where they held various positions including Lean/Operations Graduate, Continuous Improvement Manager, Assistant Production Manager, Operational Excellence Coach, and Lean Coordinator. In 2014, they transitioned to Ingersoll Rand as a Business Analyst & Process Excellence Leader, and later as the Remote Monitoring Systems Leader - CTS Service Operations. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Ornua as the Head of Operational Excellence.

Mustafa Ramzi Salman completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Dublin City University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Mustafa Ramzi then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial Engineering from the same institution, completing their studies from 2007 to 2011. In 2013, Mustafa attended the University of Kentucky for the True Lean Systems Program and obtained a Lean Executive Leadership Certification.
