Jonathan Barroso

Jonathan Barroso has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jonathan started their career in 2015 as a Marketing and Sales Intern at Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, Inc. Here, they updated and maintained Salesforce CRM, organized and sent out RFPs, and led campaigns.

In 2016, they worked as a Guest Service Associate at Towne Park, where they were a part of the valet team and handled a high volume of cars at the U of M hospital's main entrance. Jonathan then moved up to become a Guest Service Coordinator, overseeing shifts and managing a team of valets and cashiers. Later, they became an Associate Account Manager, responsible for payroll, cash flow reconciliation, and maintaining client relationships.

In 2018, Jonathan joined the Detroit Lions as a Ticket Resolution Specialist. Jonathan served as the first point of contact for in-person ticket authentication support during event days, conducted ticket delivery research, and sold tickets at the box office window.

Additionally, from 2014 to 2016, Jonathan worked as a Baseball Operations Assistant at Eastern Michigan University, where they gained experience in baseball operations.

In 2022, Jonathan joined Thomson Reuters as a Business Development Representative, focusing on generating new business opportunities. Jonathan then moved to OUTFRONT Media in 2023 as a Sales Development Representative.

Throughout their career, Jonathan has also been involved in coaching baseball. From 2014 to 2021, they served as an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach and Player Development Coordinator at Father Gabriel Richard High School. Jonathan oversaw the pitching staff, planned and executed practices, and assisted with day-to-day operations. Jonathan also held the position of Head Junior Varsity Baseball Coach, creating practice plans, evaluating players, and coordinating logistics.

Overall, Jonathan Barroso has gained valuable experience in sales, customer service, coaching, and operations throughout their various roles in different organizations.

Jonathan Barroso attended Fr. Gabriel Richard High School from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Jonathan is currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations at Eastern Michigan University and is expected to graduate in 2024.
