Kevin Bognar has over 20 years of work experience in various sales and leadership roles. Kevin most recently worked as the SVP of Sales at Outreach, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at OfficeSpace Software, where they focused on scaling the sales organization and achieving revenue targets.

Before joining OfficeSpace Software, Kevin was the Vice President of Sales for Philips North America, where they were responsible for driving growth and expanding market share. Kevin also played a key role in transforming the organization from traditional capital sales to "as a service" and managed technology services models.

Earlier in their career, Kevin worked at Microsoft in various senior sales roles. Kevin led a team of 300+ sales and technical specialists as the Sr. Director of Sales - Corporate Accounts, Americas. Kevin also served as the Senior Sales Director and Sales Director in the Incubation Technology Sales division, where they focused on emerging technologies such as cloud solutions, security, and device management.

Prior to their time at Microsoft, Kevin worked at FullTilt Solutions as the Vice President and at The Summit Group as the Vice President & General Manager.

Kevin Bognar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Miami University from 1987 to 1991. In 2009, they attended Columbia University Executive Education to study Negotiation and Decision Making Strategies. Additionally, in 1998, they participated in the Leadership in Services Firms program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
