Kjersti (KJ) Singson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kjersti (KJ) started working as an Office Assistant at Healthcare Administration Services Inc. from January 2010 to November 2011, where their responsibilities included updating and maintaining client information and greeting clients.

From November 2010 to April 2015, KJ worked as a Server at Scuttlebutt Brewing, demonstrating their multitasking and problem-solving skills while prioritizing tasks to ensure excellent customer service.

In August 2015, they joined TC4 & CO as a Training Consultant, where they designed and developed training materials, evaluated performance, and maintained communication with investors. KJ later became the Service Manager at TC4 & CO from May 2015 to October 2015, overseeing employee recruitment and training, managing schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

From November 2015 to May 2016, KJ worked as a Customer Success Manager at HotSchedules, acting as an advocate for clients, conducting research, addressing client needs, and gaining a deep understanding of the software.

Most recently, KJ joined Outreach in September 2022 as a Commercial Sales Director, utilizing their expertise in sales and leadership to manage commercial sales operations.

Kjersti (KJ) Singson obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Community Psychology from the University of Washington. Kjersti (KJ) pursued their studies at the university from 2010 to 2014.
