Mahalie Stackpole

Mahalie Stackpole has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and development. Mahalie currently serves as the Director of Product Design at Outreach since November 2019. Previously, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at the School of Visual Concepts, where they assisted aspiring UX designers in enhancing their portfolios and presentations using product design best practices. Mahalie has also worked at Redfin, where they held roles such as Lead Product Designer and Senior Product Designer. Mahalie led the design team for Seattle's consumer-facing products and focused on home owner engagement and cross-platform communication tools. Prior to that, they worked at Walk Score as the Lead Designer, UX/UI, contributing to building innovative solutions to improve living conditions. Mahalie also gained experience in web design and development at Mithun, where they oversaw a major website redesign project, and at 23rd World Productions, where they provided branding, design, and development services to various small businesses.
