Nesrine Abdel-Sattar Aly

Nesrine Abdel-Sattar Aly, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in media, communications, and research. Currently serving as the Global News Manager at Oxfam since May 2019, Nesrine previously held the role of Regional Media and Communications Advisor for the MENA region at Oxfam International from May 2017 to May 2019, overseeing media operations in 11 countries. Prior positions include Senior Crisis Media Consultant at UNICEF, Research & Insights Director for the Middle East at Isentia, and various research roles at the University of Oxford and the Open University. With a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Oxford and a Master's degree from the University of Leicester, Nesrine has demonstrated expertise in information, communication, and social sciences throughout their career.
