Laurence Hayden

Laurence Hayden has extensive work experience in the oil, petrochemical, and asset integrity management industries. Laurence most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at Pace Analytical Services since 2022. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of the Gulf Coast Region at Acuren from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2021, Laurence was a Vice President at TÜV SÜD, where they were responsible for leading the Asset Integrity Management service development strategy for TÜV SÜD America and leading business development transformation. Before that, they held various roles at Bureau Veritas from 2017 to 2019 and Inspectorate/Bureau Veritas from 2013 to 2019. Laurence started their career at Inspectorate in 1999 as a Lab Technician and worked their way up to roles such as Regional Director and Laboratory Manager.

Laurence Hayden completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews in the years 1990 and 1994. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2016 to 2018.
