Jason Mier

Director of Sales, Americas at Pace Revenue

Jason Mier has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality and travel industry. Jason started their career as a Corporate/SMERF Sales Representative at CapStar Hotels/MeriStar Hotels, where they focused on driving corporate sales and establishing government and association account relationships.

Jason then moved on to work as a Regional Revenue Manager at Extended Stay Hotels, where they were responsible for managing revenues for 87 hotels across different regions and brands. During this time, they also trained managers on market and yield management software.

After that, they worked as a General Manager at Lodging Host, where they oversaw all aspects of a boutique hotel property and achieved excellence recognition from the Corporate Brand HQ.

Jason then joined Interstate Hotels & Resorts as a Director of Front Office & Regional Marriott Trainer, where they managed a team and oversaw hiring, training, marketing, and forecasting for various departments. Jason was also recognized as Manager of the Quarter for outstanding customer service and revenue growth. Jason later became the Director of Food and Beverage at the same company, successfully implementing a name and concept change that resulted in increased revenues.

Jason then worked at TravelClick as the Manager of Customer Care/Account Management, where they built the company's global product help desk and contributed to the development of the product manual for the company's main Central Reservation Software.

Jason's next role was at Continental Airlines, where they served as a Senior Revenue Analyst. Jason was responsible for analyzing revenue trends for over 350 daily flights and leading a special projects team that reported to senior vice presidents.

Jason then joined TravelCLICK as the Enterprise Account Manager, where they managed the total account management for VIP clients and served as the single point of contact for their needs. Jason also worked as the Sr. Manager Key Accounts, developing best practice strategies for top accounts and reporting on result metrics to CEO/Presidents.

Jason then joined SHR (Sceptre Hospitality Resources) as the Director of Client Experience Management and later as the Director of Business Development. Jason played a key role in transitioning the company's operations and overseeing divisions to ensure seamless function with other departments.

Their most recent position is at The Guestbook, where they worked as the Director of Partnerships. Jason helped independent hotels increase net revenue and drive direct bookings through a cash back rewards program, with over 1 million guests worldwide participating.

Currently, Jason is working as the Director of Sales, Americas at Pace Revenue, where they oversee sales strategies for the Americas region.

Jason Mier has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. Jason also has a Minor in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, also acquired from the University of Houston.
