Suzeth Lara

Suzeth Lara has a significant amount of work experience in the field of benefits management. Starting from 1995, they worked in various companies such as Incyte Pharmaceuticals, Legato Systems and EMC, Lam Research, The Clorox Company, Electronic Arts, and TIBCO, holding positions such as Benefits Manager, Sr. Benefits Manager, and Senior Director of Benefits. Their most recent roles include Senior Head of Global Benefits at Talend and currently Senior Director of Global Benefits at PacBio.

Suzeth Lara attended San Jose State University from 1998 to 2002 where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. During their time at the university, they also pursued a Dual Certification in Human Resources Management in Employee Benefits & Comp AND HR Generalist.
