Ross Lauder

Ross Lauder has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Ross is currently serving as the Head of New Business & Partnerships at Paligo since April 2023. In 2017, Ross co-founded Single Focus Talent and held the positions of CEO & Executive Director.

From 2015 to the present, Ross worked as a Board Advisor in Sales Leadership & Digital Marketing at Integral Board Group, LLC, which is a disruptor to the typical Board of Directors or Board of Advisors model.

Before that, they served as Chief Revenue Officer (Director of Sales) at Get Focused from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked at HubSpot as an Inbound Marketing Specialist EMEA, from 2013 to 2015.

Ross also has experience working at Quest Software as EMEA Head and Sales Director Scriptlogic Software (A Quest Software Company) from 2010 to 2013.

In addition, Ross had roles at Three. as a Contact Centre Implementation Manager Retentions Strategy Consultant from 2009 to 2010, at Novosco Limited as a Consultant Business Development/Sales from February 2008 to October 2008, and at Dell Computers in various sales management positions from 2005 to 2008. These roles include Enterprise Sales Manager UK Reseller Channel, Enterprise Sales Manager – Irish Market Segment, Consumer Sales Manager/Sales Coach – UK and Irish Market Segment, and Senior Relationship Corporate Account Manager – UK Market.

Throughout their career, Ross has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, leadership, team management, strategic planning, and customer relationship management.

Ross Lauder completed their education in a chronological order. Ross earned a BA in Information & Communications Technology from Trinity College Dublin, attending from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Masters of Business with First Class Honours in International Business & Marketing at The University of Queensland. In addition to their formal education, Ross obtained certifications such as Inbound Marketing Certified and HubSpot Design Certification from HubSpot in June 2014 and October 2015, respectively.
