Glenn Wagner is a highly experienced Senior Fisheries Biologist and Project Manager with a robust background in environmental assessments, permitting, and project management. Currently at Palmer since August 2021, Wagner previously held positions such as Senior Technical Specialist at SNC-Lavalin and Manager of Environment & Permitting at Taseko Mines Limited. With extensive experience across various firms, including EDI Environmental Dynamics Inc. and Golder Associates, Wagner has contributed to environmental impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with Indigenous groups. Academic credentials include a PhD in Fish Physiology & Ecology from The University of British Columbia, an MSc in Fish Physiology, and a BSc in Marine Biology, showcasing a strong foundation in the biological sciences.
