Chinwe Alli

Chinwe Alli currently serves as Group Legal Director and Group Legal Counsel at Transsnet Financial and PalmPay since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Project Compliance Manager at Jumia Group from October 2021 to March 2023, and participation in the Women in Arbitration mentorship program from August 2021 to July 2022. Prior internships involved positions at the International Chamber of Commerce and AndunIP, focusing on compliance and risk assessment. Earlier experience includes an associate role at Templars, where Chinwe engaged in corporate finance, energy and power, litigation, and tax advisory. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Peking University, a Bachelor of Laws from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School.
